Term and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation
Upon receipt of your request or any tour inquiry. We will check the service and inform you as soon as possible. We will be together with you to plan your trip and will also advise the best information we have so you can make a decision in the end for the trip. Your reservation is considered confirmed when we receive your confirmation and all are via email.

2. Advance Deposit
A deposit of 10%-30% of the total tour amount. The deposit will confirm your booking. The balance will be paid when you arrive or before departure for 5 days.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Any cancellation should be referred to the sales office in writing by email • 60 days prior to arrival date: No cancellation charge. We Guarantee 100% Money Back.
(Except local flights are non-refundable)
• 59 – 30 days prior to arrival date: 10% cancellation charge.
• 29 – 15 days prior to arrival date: 20%
• 14 – 8 days prior to arrival date: 50%
• 7 days prior to arrival date: 100%
• No show: 100%

4. Refund
Refunds will be processed as agreed upon between you and Go Vietnam Travel for unused services and timely cancellations. We will not charge you for our services. However, any bank fees or international transaction charges, if applicable, will be your responsibility.
Global Travel Insurance
We highly recommend you purchase personal travel insurance including trip cancellation, medical, and other coverage in your country before departure.

5. Tour cost
Tour costs are quoted in USD or other currencies and are calculated per person. Details of the tour costs, including inclusions and exclusions, are clearly outlined in the itinerary for each tour and provided via email. Typically, these costs cover activities listed, double/twin share accommodations (hotel/cruise/resort), breakfast at the hotel, lunches during the tour, specific dinners, airport transfers, all transportation, sightseeing tickets, and the services of local tour guides and drivers.
Travel Service & Reservation A detailed file confirming all services will be issued by Go Vietnam Travel once we have received confirmation of your services and payment has been completed. This file will be sent to you via email.

6. Liability/Responsibility
Customers are not required to pay for services included in the tour price, only for any exclusions. Go Vietnam Travel is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by travelers. Any additional expenses resulting from delays, cancellations, accidents, weather conditions, political restrictions, or other factors must be borne by the travelers. We strongly recommend that visitors obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Please note that airline schedules, train timetables, and local conditions may affect tours, hotels, and itineraries. In the event of changes, Go Vietnam Travel will strive to find the best possible solution or arrange alternative accommodations of equal or greater value.

7. Complaints/Refunds
Go Vietnam Travel will effectively mediate between clients and service providers, including trains, airlines, boats, cruises, hotels, and resorts, in the event of any complaints or issues with services.

8. Children policy
• Children under 4 years old without a bed come free of charge for the tour, except for domestic flight/train tickets they will be charged as policy of the tickets.
• Children 5 years old with 50% charged
• Children 6 – 8 years old: 75% charged
• Children from 9 years old are fully charged.
