Term and Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

Once we receive your enquiry, our team will check service availability and guide you through every step of the planning process. We are committed to providing clear, upfront advice so you can make the best choices for your trip. Your booking is officially confirmed once both parties have agreed on the final itinerary and confirmation is sent via email.

2. Deposit & Payment Terms

To secure your booking, a deposit of 10% to 30% of the total tour cost is required.

• The remaining balance can be paid upon your arrival in Vietnam or at least 5 days prior to departure.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please submit a written notice via email. Cancellation fees are calculated based on when we receive your email relative to your arrival date:

Note: Any bank or international transaction processing fees incurred during refunds remain the responsibility of the traveler.

4. Pricing & Service Inclusion

• Pricing Structure: All tour costs are quoted per person in USD (or other agreed major currencies). Detailed inclusions and exclusions are explicitly outlined in your personalized itinerary email.

• Peak Season Surcharges: Standard tour rates do not include compulsory peak season surcharges or festive compulsory meals during Christmas, New Year, Vietnamese Lunar New Year (Tet), and key local public holidays. Any applicable surcharges will be clearly itemised and communicated to you prior to booking confirmation.

• Standard Inclusions: Unless specified otherwise, tour prices cover scheduled activities, double/twin-share accommodation, daily breakfast, lunches during tour days, specified dinners, airport transfers, land transportation, entry tickets, and local English-speaking guide/driver services.

• Documentation: Once payment and service arrangements are completed, Go Vietnam Travel will issue a full confirmation file directly to your email.

5. Liability & Service Adjustments

• Exclusions: Guests are never expected to pay for services listed as included in the itinerary; optional extras or personal expenses are payable directly by the traveler.

• Responsibility Limit: Go Vietnam Travel acts with due care, but cannot accept liability for personal injury, loss, damage, or extra costs arising from unforeseen delays, bad weather, political restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Itinerary Changes: Local transport timetables or conditions can shift. If adjustments are required, we will actively work to arrange alternative solutions or equivalent/higher-standard arrangements at no detriment to your overall experience.

6. Support & Complaints Handling

Should you experience any issues during your travel, Go Vietnam Travel will act promptly on your behalf as an advocate and liaison with third-party operators (airlines, cruise lines, hotels, transport providers) to resolve complaints smoothly.

7. Children’s Policy

• Under 4 years old: Free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents (domestic flight and train tickets, if required, follow specific carrier fare rules).

• 5 years old: 50% of the adult tour fare.

• 6 to 8 years old: 75% of the adult tour fare.

• 9 years old and above: Full adult fare applies.
